Community Safeguarding Adults Champions
The Community Safeguarding Adults Champions network is made up of people from local organisations and the wider community in Merton who are committed to raising awareness about protecting adults in our community from abuse and neglect. Safeguarding is everyone’s business – coming together as a network means that we can learn together, support each other and increase awareness about safeguarding in our local communities.
We meet on a quarterly basis either in person or online. It is a friendly and informal group with a wide range of members from across the borough made up of residents, local community groups and voluntary sector representatives. We are committed to raising awareness about safeguarding across the borough.
If you want to know more and have an informal chat about the network, please contact msab@merton.gov.uk
